Offer and Reservations
Offer is made individually upon request. The offer is valid only for the queried client for the term specified in the offer. The terms of the offer may be used by the client only if it accepts it within its period of validity and makes a reservation for the services specified therein. An individual offer is not valid for bookings already made.
A reservation (made in all possible means) for accommodation guaranteed in advance of at least 50% of the value by bank transfer . The balance of the total amount of your reservation can be paid at the hotel in arrival.
For reservations including a period of accommodation during national or international holidays, special offers or packages, the hotel requires prepayment of 100% / one hundred percent / of the value of the accommodation by bank transfer or cash.
Accommodation at the Hotel is done by presenting personal documents proving the identity of the client who made the reservation, a document proving the payment of the advance amount and a confirmation or voucher for accommodation.
Cancellation of reservation
Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before the date of check-in
Late cancellation: cancellations later than 30 days prior to the date of check in, tax fee all amount
No-Show (no arrival at the date of check-in / service) or check-out before departure: all amount will be charged
If the reservation is made in groups - more than 6 people or 3 rooms and they are No-Show , the hotel will charge a minimum of 50% of the cost of the reservation.
Cancellation policy for special offers and terms:
Individual cancellation rules - in case of sickness or urgent cause cancellations are made in agreement with the hotel.
The hotel is not liable and does not refund if the cancellations are caused by force majeure such as acts of war, terrorist acts, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, cancellations and non-arrival due to degraded natural conditions and other circumstances.
