INFORMATION ABOUT SPA CENTER ROYAL SPA

The Royal Spa center is located in the hotel complex Royal Grand Hotel and Spa. As a location, it occupies most of the ground level of the complex. It is built entirely according to the regulatory norms and requirements for a modern spa center. The total area is approximately 650 m2.

Several areas are set apart in the center as follows:

Massage zone: Three massage cabinets are set apart, with modern equipment including massage couches, shower cabins, soft furniture and so on. Close to them a special water treatment room is built which is equipped with a tangentor bath of the latest generation of medical equipment.

Thermal zone: It occupies most of the Spa center. There are separate modules in it for: Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath,  shock buckets, ice bowl, relax zone and salt room. The area occupied by the thermal zone is 170 m2.

Indoor pool area: It is located opposite the thermal zone in the Spa Center. It is set apart as a separate room with two entrances/exits, showers, dressing rooms and the necessary sanitary facilities. The necessary number of modern sunbeds is located in the zone, with orthopedic design providing comfort to the body. A jacuzzi for 12 people is installed in the zone, including a part intended exclusively for children.

The spa center Royal Spa is the only one of its kind in the region, with a modern design and a wide range of services offered, with the tendency to become an attractive spa and relaxation center.

The indoor pool has mineral water from a spring in Kavarna, the water temperature is 29-31 degrees. It is equipped with two entrances and exits, showers, changing rooms and the necessary bathrooms. In the area are also situated modern sunbeds with orthopedic design, providing comfort to the body. There is a jacuzzi for 12 people in the area, as well as a section only for children.When used for external balneotherapy and balneoprophylaxis, it has a beneficial effect on the following diseases:

• peripheral nervous system / discopathy, radiculitis, plexitis, etc./

• orthopedic diseases / for movement in post-traumatic and postoperative conditions, etc./

• degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases / arthritis, spondylarthritis, arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc./

Contraindications for external spa treatment:

• specific diseases

• infectious diseases

• diseases in active stage and decompensated function of organs and systems

• oncological diseases

• HIBS with arrhythmias

• epilepsy

Salt is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory functions, thanks to which it is so effective in treating a number of problematic health conditions.

In addition, it is known for its benefits of blood clotting, regulation and balance of hormones in the body, improving the transmission of nerve impulses and calming the nervous system.

The walls, ceiling and floor of the salt room are completely covered with dry salt (about 1000-1500 kg), which reaches a depth of 15 cm. For the development of the room apply a certain humidity, temperature and aerosol concentration. There are sun loungers in the room, where guests can lie down or sit down for maximum comfort. There is special equipment for children, and they can also play with salt castles, just like on the beach.

First visit
Every new customer is welcome to our SPA center! At your convenience, you can make an introductory tour accompanied by our SPA administrators. They will be happy to show you the premises where the SPA procedures are done, they will introduce you to our services and will answer your questions. Before the first procedure, our therapist will ask you a few questions related to your health condition, physical activity, etc., which you have to answer honestly so that your stay with us could be pleasant and complete.
Making an appointment
The time and the type of the procedure and its duration should be specified in advance. You can make your reservation on the SPA reception.
Being late or cancelling the procedure
Please do not be late for the procedure! If you come late, this might have negative effect on the customers who have appointments after yours. In case of a tight schedule, we would be forced to shorten your SPA procedure according to the delay with no correction in the price of the SPA service. We would recommend you to come to our center 5-10 minutes before the appointment in order to ensure your pleasant stay. If due to any reason you would like to cancel a procedure reserved, please do that as soon as possible. This would allow our SPA adimistrators to offer on time your appontment to another customer.
Before each procedure
Please remember that each procedure, including the visit in the thermal zone, is a passive physical exercise. That is why it is recommended not to eat any food at least one hour before your visit to our center and not to drink any alcohol during the whole day. We have a ladies’ and a men’s dressing room. Before the start of each body procedure, you need to take a shower. The warm water will prepare your muscles and make them relaxed. Please turn off the sound of your mobile device during your stay with us. Please, keep silence and talk as silently as you can.
During your stay
Do not be afraid to ask about anything you want to know. If you would like an additional procedure or wish to make a change in your procedure, please talk to the SPA administrator or to the therapist. They would do anything possible to make you feel better. The prices of the procedures do not include any service charge. If you wish, you could express your satisfaction from a particular service with a discrete additional remuneration.
Forgotten items
The Royal Grand SPA center shall not bear any responsibility for any items forgotten in the premises, in the lockers or in the pockets of the dressing gowns! Nevertheless, all found items will be kept and returned on request.
In order to guarantee your comfort and safety, the Royal Grand SPA center reserves its right to refuse SPA procedures to apparently intoxicated persons or to persons who are under the influence of intoxicants, as well as in case of any agressive behaviour or serious violation of the rules in the SPA center.
