Hotel Residence Rules:
GENERAL RULES
• These rules are developed on the basis of the Bulgarian legislation in force.
• Royal Grand Hotel & SPA 4 * "guarantees its guests confidentiality.
• It is forbidden to smoke in all enclosed premises of Royal Grand Hotel & SPA 4 *. In case of non-observance of the ban, a fine of BGN 50.00 is charged.
• The hotel administration may discontinue the provision of services to those guests who violate the fire safety rules, smoke in unlicensed places and do not meet the legal requirements of the administration.
• Review and recommendations on hotel work you can be left in a review book at reception.
• Forgotten from the rooms staff is kept for up to 1 month.

RULES: 
- The hotel works 24 hours, 7 days in the week.The check in time is 14 o'clock and the check out time is 11 o'clock.

-The hotel operates on All Inclusive basis, you can get know with the services included in the board, the meal times at the reception desk
• Bring out a food from the restaurant is forbidden.
• You should keep the hotel property and observe the fire safety regulations. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, the water taps; turn off the light and electrical appliances. The guest offsets the value of the property damage in the hotel in full.
• Providing to a keycard from your room to other persons is forbidden
• Removing and removing furniture from rooms is not allowed
• Parking of cars at the entrances and exits, as well as in lawns, is not tolerated
• Stay in the hotel with pets are not allowed
